The panel was unveiled to the public as part of the "Compression/Expansion" exhibition, although it was not thematically related. Immediately after the exhibition's opening, a group of pensioners brought the exhibit into a "presentable" state by removing its central element.

This public action directly confirmed the author's theory that true effectiveness in perceived reality is achieved only through direct action and articulated disagreement.

The work was conceived as a reflection on the phenomenon of “non-resistance to evil.”

The philosophy of Tolstoyism and the philosophy of Buddhism suggest that the best way out of a conflict is a deaf boycott of the problem, a refusal to participate.

The panel embodies the idea that refusing to resist, voluntary silence, will never stop the aggressor.

The author's theory is that the only adequate resistance is counter-action.
